Over more than 25 years, I have developed experience across commercial development, high-rise construction, infrastructure, project delivery, contractual strategy, risk management, and dispute resolution.

I believe successful construction leadership is not simply about managing schedules and budgets. It is about understanding the entire project environment — the owner, developer, contractor, design team, authorities, investors, consultants, and other stakeholders — and bringing those interests together around practical solutions.
